When trying to play via PlexWeb, I get a "Conversion failed. They give me different errors for the same file. Basically, older files I have in plex seem to be having trouble playing on Web player or on my Roku Ultra that were working fine previously. With the previous version of Plex server, I had the scan frequency set to every 15 minutes, now I have it reduced to daily. they ramp up to 100% speed when this process is doing whatever it is doing. I can tell it is happening by listening to my CPU and case fans. It seems to go in spurts, high usage for about 10 seconds, then nothing for a few seconds.
